Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 4, 2026
Mundiary lets you organise your life into branches and share each branch only with the people you choose. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, and profile photo — provided by you or by Google/Apple when you sign in with them.
- Content you create: branches, posts, sections, images, reactions and follows.
- Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as sign-in sessions and read status.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To show your content only to the people you allow, and to send you in-app notifications.
- We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
Google user data
When you sign in with Google we only receive your name, email and profile picture to create your account. We do not access your Gmail, contacts or other Google data, and we do not share it with third parties.
Who can see your content
New branches are private. Followers see only what you grant them in Visibility; posts inside a branch are visible only to its members. There is no public people search.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our hosting provider and protected by access rules enforced on the server. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your content, leave branches, unfollow people, and request deletion of your account by emailing support@mundiary.com.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
